Planter et entretenir les bulbes de fleurs

Quand dois-je planter mes bulbes à fleurs ?

Si vous souhaitez avoir de magnifiques fleurs comme des tulipes et des narcisses dans votre jardin au printemps, vous devrez planter les bulbes à fleurs en automne. Vous pouvez le faire dès que les feuilles des arbres commencent à tomber. Veillez à mettre les plantes à floraison printanière en terre avant les premières gelées.

En revanche, les fleurs estivales comme les dahlias et les lys se plantent au printemps afin de fleurir en été.

Planter des bulbes à fleurs n’est vraiment pas compliqué. Les mêmes principes de base s’appliquent toujours :

  • ne plantez pas le bulbe trop profondément dans la terre (généralement entre 8 et 18 centimètres)
  • veillez à lui offrir de bonnes conditions naturelles
  • utilisez l’engrais avec parcimonie et laissez le bulbe faire son travail
